From February 25, 2014 to March 5^th,Chairman Xu Pengqiang and Xue Jinxing , the chairman of Jinxing International Education Group, the shareholder of Changda International Investment Holding Co., Ltd, had been in New Zealand for  a period of 9 days of business investigation and business negotiation activities.
