The third "gold" day of phase II plot of baotonglu of Changda real estate development started
&On the morning of September 15, 2018, a brief commencement ceremony was held for the "baotonglu phase II (plot III)" project developed by Changda group Taihe Real Estate Co., Ltd. Jiang Jianlu, deputy general manager of the group and general manager of Taihe Real Estate Co., Ltd., attended the on-site commencement ceremony. Leaders of Taihe company of Changda group, the sixth construction engineering company and installation engineering company who participated in the development and construction of the project participated in the above activities. &It is reported that the plot under construction is one of the only high-grade gold plots in the city. After the completion of the first phase of the project, it won the "Guangsha Award" of the highest national award in the real estate industry. The newly started project has a net land area of about 35128 ㎡, and a total planned building area of 81936 ㎡, including 59086 ㎡ of above ground building area and 22847 ㎡ of underground building area; the floor area ratio is 1.48, and the green area ratio is 30%. There are 13 multi-storey buildings in the plot, with a unit area of 92-180 ㎡. It is reported that the greening of phase II is the same as that of phase I of Baotong, which will be integrated with phase I after completion.
